These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the HermesAlert service. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
HermesAlert provides a monitoring service for product availability on official Hermès websites and email notifications about restocks. We are not affiliated with Hermès International.
3. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. All payments are secure and encrypted. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for already paid periods.
5. Limitation of Liability
HermesAlert does not guarantee the ability to purchase products. We provide an informational notification service. Actual product availability is determined by Hermès.
